The ideal candidate will have experience in creating engaging video content tailored for various platforms, optimizing for viewer engagement and conversion. What you'll do:

🎬 Edit performance-driven video ads for social media and mobile ad networks (Unity, IronSource).

✂ Cut, optimize, and iterate based on performance feedback (CTR, CPA, ROAS).

📱 Ensure videos are formatted for each platform (1:1, 9:16, 4:5).

🎨 Add subtitles, graphics, and animations to increase engagement.

🔄 Adapt existing creatives into new ad variations for A/B testing.

📈 Stay up to date on performance marketing trends to keep ads fresh.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience editing performance-driven ads for platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

✅ Knowledge of what makes a video convert (strong hooks, CTAs, platform trends).

✅ Ability to work quickly and adapt based on data and performance feedback.

✅ Knowledge of direct response marketing principles.

✅ Familiarity with ad metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS—and using them to inform creative.

✅ Ability to cut multiple versions of an ad for different platforms.

✅  You enjoy new technologies, such as testing AI tools to create scroll-stopping videos.
